Meet the Founders

Sue is a dually registered Nurse, covering both physical health and mental health. Sue is also a Nurse Prescriber. Her experience as a Nurse spans 40 years and she has predominantly worked in mental health.
Sue has a Master’s in Business Administration and whilst having held various clinical positions, she has also held leadership roles with the latest being Director of Mental Health and she is currently a Non-Executive Director for a Trust in Surrey. Sue is experienced in policy development, strategy and operational leadership. She currently continues to provide leader mentorship on a consultancy basis.

Jo is a qualified Menopause Practitioner and a member of the British Menopause Society. With qualifications in nutrition and life coaching, she is passionate about supporting women navigate the complexities of midlife.
After a successful career in the corporate world, Jo transitioned to focus full-time on empowering women through health and wellness coaching. Her expertise lies in addressing the physical, mental, and emotional challenges women face during menopause, offering tailored guidance on nutrition, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle changes. Alongside Lynne and Sue, Jo is dedicated to creating a supportive community where women can thrive.

For well over two decades, Lynne has dedicated her career to yoga instruction, breath work, Thai Yoga Massage, energy work and medical acupuncture.
Specialising in mindset, stress management and holistic transformation, Lynne has had the privilege of working with diverse groups, primarily women, to provide personalised wellness solutions. Her extensive expertise, combined with a creative and holistic approach, guides individuals towards achieving optimal health and well-being from the inside out. With a focus on reducing stress and supporting mental, physical and emotional health, including gut health, Lynne helps women live healthier, happier, more abundant lives.
